Returns & Refunds

We care deeply about the quality of every order. If something arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right — just reach out on WhatsApp with your unboxing video within 48 hours.

What We Accept

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
All other return requests — including change of mind, wrong size, or dislike — will not be accepted.
Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.

Proof Required (Mandatory)

An unboxing video recorded continuously while opening the package — the video must clearly show the sealed parcel before it is opened.
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item from multiple angles.
Both the video and photos must be shared together in your WhatsApp message.
Without an unboxing video we are unable to process your return under any circumstances.

How to Raise a Claim

Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Send your order number, unboxing video, and damage photos in the same message.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
If approved, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — you may be asked to share your bank details.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order separately.

Items Not Covered

Claims submitted without an unboxing video.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Items that appear worn, used, or altered in any way.
Products with missing original packaging, pouches, or tags.
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.
